Haven Within Yoga was created from the understanding that true peace resides within us. “Haven Within” reflects this vision: a safe, welcoming space where every body and every being can return to themselves, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the calm that already lives inside. We believe that tending to the sanctuary within allows us to show up more fully for one another — creating a community rooted in compassion, presence, and shared purpose.

At Haven Within Yoga, we offer group classes and private 1:1 sessions designed to support your personal journey — whether you’re seeking balance, strength, connection, or simply a moment of stillness in a busy world. Our approach blends mindful movement, breathwork, and self-awareness to help you “get right” from the inside out.

We believe yoga is for everyone. Our classes are inclusive and accessible, honoring all bodies, identities, and levels of experience. Wherever you are in your practice — or in your life — you are welcome here.

About the Owner

Welcome to Haven Within Yoga, founded by Kristin Thomas, a passionate RYT-500 yoga teacher. Kristin believes in the transformative power of yoga, aiming to promote not only its physical benefits but also its intellectual, emotional, and spiritual aspects. Currently in training to become a yoga therapist, she is dedicated to helping individuals find inner peace and calmness through a holistic approach to yoga.
